Welcome to Temple’s
We are a family-owned pancake house restaurant and maple farm in the heart of Lanark County, the Maple Syrup Capital of Ontario.
Located in a working sugar bush, our restaurant is a spectacular two hundred seat timber frame building made by local craftsmen.
The pancake house will be open Wednesday to Sunday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Back by popular demand we will now be serving breakfast buffet style for the 2026 season.

We hand mix our pancakes in small batches using pure buttermilk and fresh eggs.
Our maple sausages are made in-house from 100% pork.
The maple baked beans are made in our kitchen from an old time recipe, using dark maple syrup, salt pork and molasses. Vegetarian beans available.
